Bishop is the leader of the British SOE operating in Nazi-Occupied France.
Background[]
Bishop is an operator of the SOE's missions in Paris. He is in command of Skylar Saint Claire and Wilcox from the Le Havre chapel, which serves as his base of operations in France. Bishop uses Skylar to get close to Sean Devlin to keep a watch on him and eventually blackmail him into helping the SOE. Despite Sean's disinterest in helping the British, especially under circumstances that lead him to having more work before he can fulfill his revenge plot against Nazi Colonel Kurt Dierker, but when Bishop offers information on Dierker's whereabouts, Sean warms up and decides to help the SOE.
